A tall cabinet or enclosure constructed from an aluminum T-slot extrusion frame (P1-P79) with acrylic panels (P81, P86, P91, P96, P101, P106, P111, P116, P121, P126, P131, P136) attached via hangers (P80, P82-P85, etc.). It features two front doors (using P51-P65, P130-P143, P146-P147) and two top doors/lids (using P66-P79, P120-P129, P144-P145). The frame is held together by numerous End Inside Joints (P12-P21, P27-P50, P58-P65, P69-P72, P76-P79) and capped with End Caps (P148-P153). - Cabinet/EnclosureA four-door cabinet constructed from 80/20 aluminum extrusions and acrylic panels. The cabinet has a main frame with a central divider, creating two vertical sections, each with an upper and lower door. - 80/20 Small Cabinet
To construct the left side frame of the cabinet.
Connect the front-left vertical post (P1) to the back-left vertical post (P4) using the horizontal rails P8, P10, and P44. Secure them with connectors P12, P13, P20, P21, P45, and P46.
To construct the right side frame of the cabinet.
Connect the front-right vertical post (P3) to the back-right vertical post (P6) using the horizontal rails P7, P11, and P22. Secure them with connectors P16, P17, P18, P19, P49, and P50.
To build the central divider and connect it to the left and right walls to complete the cabinet skeleton.
First, assemble the central divider by connecting vertical posts P2 and P5 with rail P9 and connectors P14 and P15. Then, attach the completed Left and Right Frame Walls to this central divider using the remaining horizontal rails (P24, P25, P26, P33, P36, P37, P42) and their corresponding connectors to form the main cabinet skeleton.
To install all the fixed acrylic panels for the sides, back, and top of the cabinet.
Attach the various panel hangers to the inside of the cabinet frame rails. Install the acrylic side panels (P91, P96, P101, P106), back panels (P111, P116), and top panels (P81, P86) by sliding them into the hangers.
To assemble the four doors, complete with frames, panels, and handles.
Assemble the four separate door units. For each door, create a frame from the smaller rails and connectors. Install the acrylic panels (P121, P126, P131, P136) into the frames using the panel hangers. Finally, attach a pull handle (P144-P147) to the front of each door.
To construct the left side frame of the cabinet.
This completed wall will be connected to the Right Frame Wall and center divider in a later step.
To construct the right side frame of the cabinet.
This completed wall will be connected to the Left Frame Wall and center divider in the next step.
To build the central divider and connect it to the left and right walls to complete the cabinet skeleton.
With the main frame built, you will next install the fixed panels to clad the cabinet.
